BOOKING POLICY
A Deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. You will be charged the difference of the cost of service when you check out after your service is complete.
CANCELATION POLICY
Appointments must be Canceled or Rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancelations the day of the appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW.
Canceled appointments without rescheduling will be charged a new deposit.
You must contact Exhale Day Spa to Reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid paying the deposit again.

SAFETY
We give every client our undivided attention and for your safety and our professionals safety, when we are in with a client, the entrance door is locked.
When you arrive for your appointment and you cannot get in right away, know we are with a client and will be available soon.
If it is past your appointment time and you have not been acknowledged by one of our professionals, please message us! It is not our intent to keep you waiting. We work hard to make Exhale Day Spa inviting and accessible for all and sometimes that may encroach on the next clients time. We build in buffer time so this does not happen, however we are not perfect (while we try to be!). We do everything in our power to keep on schedule and give everyone the promised time.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell your information. Information we collect is used for conducting your appointment or billing purposes.
Any confidential information discussed in your appointment is just that, confidential. We are a listening ear, as many clients have realized during their appointments, or if you do not wish to talk, we will accommodate that as well once we establish your needs & concerns and explain the procedure for your service.
You have the option to opt into and out of our marketing campaigns. We send out email occasionally, making our clients aware of new services or special events. If you have signed up on our website, you always have the option to unsubscribe.
Transactional communication through email, texts, or phone calls is allowed by law when there was a precipitating event, such as an appointment or purchase.
You may receive a receipt, appointment confirmation or reminder or follow up by email, text, or phone call. These types of communication you cannot opt out of.
